Terms of purchase
These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you, as a customer, buy goods at Rostfri.nu in Sweden.

Agreements for the purchase of goods are entered into between the Customer (i.e. you or the company you represent) and Stainless and more in Kungsbacka AB, org. no. 559453-9560 ("Rostfri.nu") by receiving a confirmation of your order when purchasing via our e-commerce.

By entering into an agreement with Rostfri.nu, the Customer accepts these Terms.

Order and delivery

At the checkout in our e-commerce, you can see which payment options and delivery options are available, as well as which delivery time, shipping cost and price apply.

The prices of the goods are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT.

Rostfri.nu strives to deliver the goods as soon as we can and only delivers goods to addresses within Sweden. Limitations in delivery options may occur.

For delivery options to your letterbox, the goods are delivered as a letter of delivery to your letterbox. If the package does not fit in your mailbox or is too heavy, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside your mailbox. You as a customer are responsible for your package once it has been delivered. In exceptional cases, your package may end up with an agent, you will then be notified.

Rostfri.nu reserves the right to refuse orders or not to deliver ordered goods. Examples of when an order/delivery can be refused by Rostfri.nu include, but are not limited to, the wrong stock level or price due to a technical error being displayed on the website, that the order is not intended for individual use or if we cannot approve your payment.

You are obliged to redeem, pick up or receive your delivery according to the instructions given from time to time by Rostfri.nu or the shipping company you have chosen. For packages that are not redeemed, picked up or received, Rostfri.nu has the right to charge a fee of SEK 150 for our additional costs such as return shipping.

Return of goods

Open purchase

As a customer, Rostfri.nu gives you 14 days of open purchase from the time of purchase if you should regret your purchase for any reason. In the case of an open purchase, you will receive your money back on the condition that the item is returned in its original packaging and is in the same condition as at the time of purchase. You must be able to present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or copy of the receipt.

Open purchase does not apply to consumables.

Right of withdrawal for private individuals for 14 days in the case of e-commerce (distance shopping). In the case of distance shopping, you as a consumer have 14 days to cancel your purchase without stating any reason in accordance with current consumer legislation. To use the right of cancellation, you need to notify us that you have changed your mind within 14 days from the day you received the item. This can be done by sending us a completed return form.

No later than 14 days after you notify us that you have canceled your purchase, the product must be sent to us in its original packaging at your own expense. Don't forget to save the receipt/return shipping slip from the carrier.

If you have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine the product's properties and/or function, Rostfri.nu has the right to make a deduction from the product's original value in the event of a refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumables.

Complaints for private individuals
If a purchased product turns out to be faulty, you as a consumer have the right to complain about the product. What constitutes a fault is clear from current consumer legislation and covers only original faults and not, for example, faults caused by normal wear and tear.

Contact Rostfri.nu as soon as you discover the error. In order for Rostfri.nu to be able to assess the error, you need to return the item to Rostfri.nu and present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or a copy of the receipt.

If you have advertised a product where, according to our investigation, there is no fault in the product according to current consumer legislation, Rostfri.nu charges an investigation cost. If you choose not to take the item back or ask us to repair the item at your own expense, no examination fee will be charged.

If Rostfri.nu has objected to your claim, you have the right to have your dispute heard at the Allmänna reclamationsnämnden (www.arn.se). More information is available on ARN's website. Rostfri.nu will participate in a possible dispute resolution procedure. You can also use the online complaints platform available on the European Commission's website.

How to make a return of an item in case of open purchase, right of withdrawal or complaint
You can return goods by sending them back to us. A completed return form must be included for a return to be processed. When you as a customer regret your purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. Remember that you are responsible for the item until Rostfri.nu has received it. Pack the item well and make sure to save the receipt/delivery note from the transport company.

In cases where refunds to the Customer are relevant, e.g. in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal and return in the case of an open purchase, the refund takes place without delay and in the manner in which payment was made through the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If the original purchase was paid for by debit or credit card, refunds cannot be made to a different debit or credit card than the one used for the original purchase.

Guarantee

In order for you as a customer to feel safe with your purchase, Rostfri.nu provides a guarantee for certain products. When you buy a product that is covered by the warranty, you will receive information about the warranty conditions at the time of purchase or at the latest when you receive your item. The warranty conditions show, among other things, how long the warranty period is and which other conditions apply to the warranty. Within the warranty period, direct costs to remedy faults in the product, such as repairs, spare parts, labor and travel, are reimbursed, provided that the product is available for repair without special costs.

The warranty does not cover defects due to a cause on the part of the Customer such as an accident or incorrect handling of the product.

To claim the warranty, you must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or copy of the receipt.

Personal data

Rostfri.nu processes your personal data to fulfill our agreement with you with the agreement as the legal basis for the processing. In the case of a purchase via our e-commerce, we process your name, address, telephone number, email address, payment and credit card information, and in the case of a purchase in store, only your payment and credit card information is processed by our partner in order to be able to carry out and administer your purchase with us. We also process your data with legitimate interest as a legal basis to give you offers, send you marketing and ask you if you want to review your purchase with us.

Stainless and More in Kungbacka AB, registration no. 559453-9560, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data is processed by Rostfri.nu. We transfer your personal data to our partners for processing for us to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes. When choosing a payment solution via our e-commerce, other partners may become responsible for personal data.

Your personal data is processed for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, unless longer storage is required by law.

When we process your personal data for you to make a purchase with us, you have the right to have the information you provide corrected if it is incorrect, to have the information deleted if it is no longer needed for the purpose, access to the information you provided to us, to data portability for the data processed in connection with our purchase agreement and you have the right to object or in some cases limit the processing of the personal data processed with legitimate interest as a basis. You can object at any time to your personal data being used for direct marketing in an email sent by us or by contacting customer service.
